NGO “Diversity HUB” is established by young people of Kosovo, which belong to different nationalities, but what unites them is their enthusiasm and passion to make changes in the way people percept the diversity and together saying no to discrimination.

 

The primary mission of "Diversity HUB" is to foster will in collective of society and to mobilize action .Aim is improving understanding between cultures and cooperation between groups, individuals and communities. Diversity HUB develops its action in two directions: in institutional and social actions. And also aims to and works on eliminating the forces which 

promote division and extremism. 

 

We assist in the improvement and protection of human rights, promotion and improvement of inter-ethnic, inter-religious and inter-cultural in Kosovo, namely in the context of different activities with effect directly improvement on the current situation in the fields mentioned above.

 

In this effort, the Program looks at both the reality of discrimination in each country and the ability to pale and reduce the border of differences between youth. Starting from Kosovo which is the home of different cultures, religions and most importantly is a place that is shared by people that belong to different nationalities. The main mission of our organization is the removal of limits acceptance of people belonging to different communities, under one dream 'To live happily together '

 

Tolerance recognizes the universal human rights and fundamental freedoms of others. People are naturally diverse; only tolerance can ensure the survival of mixed communities in every region of the globe.

 

Our objectives focus on: Mediating and facilitating national and regional communications; Promoting changes in policies and strategies within intercultural; The prevention of crises and tensions among cultures; Supporting innovative initiatives in communities; Raising awareness and mobilizing public support.

 

In the fight against discrimination, Diversity HUB aim to identify the obstacles hampering the full exercise of human rights: the impact of nationalism, religious intolerance, and discrimination against minorities and through various activities to avoid differences between people in order that all of us together can live happy without distinction.
